Day 5: 122,000 visitors during the Brussels Auto Show
The very first Brussels Auto Show has proven to be a success among all petrol, engine, and cylinder enthusiasts in the Benelux. The event managed to attract no less than 122,000(!) visitors over the spread of five days. After a pleasant opening night on Wednesday, the attendance truly skyrocketed during the weekends. The last day was again characterized by the positive frenzy surrounding the Car Catwalk in Palace 5. YouTubers POG and Shmee150 provided many fans with the day of their lives, with multiple shows on the catwalk and a meet & greet! In addition to these YouTubers, various exhibitors managed to get the audience on their feet with their impressive collection of hypercars, supercars, classic gems, and even some new models. Palace 5 was not the only place where the show element was highly valued; in Hall 8, there was a Trial/BMX Show alternating with a Lowrider Arena. For those who wanted to get behind the wheel themselves, several high-tech simulators were available, and you could even sit in an F-16.
