Parking: 
BRUSSELS EXPO has over 12,000 parking spaces. The parking lots are easily accessible and are located in the immediate vicinity of the various halls. Parking C is accessible from exit 7A of the Ring Road and offers no less than 10,000 spaces. From Parking C, the "footbridge" provides direct access to the various Palaces. For more information click here

Public transportation:
To smoothly reach Brussels Expo, you have the choice of various bus, tram, and metro lines. Use the route planner of MIVB to calculate your fastest route. No ticket yet? No problem, simply scan your contactless bank card directly at the metro, tram, or bus and travel for only €2.10 on the entire MIVB network.

Bus: 83, stop: Heizel or bus 820 from De Lijn
Metro: 6, stop: Heizel
Tram: 3 (Esplanade), 7 (Heizel), 9 (Koning Boudewijn), 51 & 93 (Stadion)

LEZ (Low Emission Zone):
The Brussels Capital Region is a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). This LEZ applies to all passenger cars, vans, and buses, regardless of whether they are registered in Belgium or abroad. Check on this website if your car is eligible; if not, you can purchase a day pass.

  • I have lost my tickets, what do I need to do?

    You can request your tickets again via this link; there is a button on this page labeled "help." Here, you can enter your email address to receive your tickets again. If this doesn't work, you can always contact us at tickets@brussels-expo.com.

  • Is my ticket valid for multiple days?

    No, an entrance ticket is valid for 1 day of the fair (Wednesday to Sunday). If you want to come multiple days then order the passe partout.

  • Can I take my pet with me?

    No, it is not allowed to bring pets to the Brussels Auto Show. However, service dogs are permitted.

  • Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?

    Yes, it is allowed to bring your own food and/or drinks. Of course, there will also be plenty of catering facilities available during the event.

  • I am disabled, can I visit the Brussels Auto Show?

    Yes, it is certainly possible to visit the Brussels Auto Show. We ensure that the aisles are wide and that there is an area available during the car catwalk to view the show. Then order the ticket in the shop with an extra discount. In addition, you are also allowed to bring 1 companion to the Brussels Auto Show for free for support if you are in a wheelchair or have reduced vision.

  • Where can I park my car?

  • I have a vehicle that I would like to have at the Brussels Auto Show, is this possible?

    Certainly! It is possible to register your car, motorcycle, or truck through this website.

  • Are there catering points available?

    Yes, there are multiple catering points spread across all halls of the fair. Additionally, it is, of course, allowed to bring your own food and drinks.

  • Is it possible to buy tickets at the entrance?

    It is possible to purchase tickets on-site with a debit card or in cash. Please keep in mind that tickets in the online pre-sale are cheaper than on the day of the event.

  • Is there a minimum age to visit the Brussels Auto Show?

    There is no minimum age to visit the Brussels Auto Show.
